So hey. How's it going, what's up, how ya poppin', and whatever the heck else people say these days. I would introduce myself, but I don't think my name is important here. The name "Daisy" is a pseudonym 'cause my family's freakin overprotective and doesn't want me to get stalked. Like that'll happen. Who'd want to stalk an unattractive drama queen like me?
So if you're here, you're going to hear me rant. A lot. I rant about really weird and random things that noodle through my brain, sometimes about my life, sometimes about relationships, sometimes about news and events and stuff, and sometimes about the weird-ass stuff I watch on TV and the stuff I read and the music I like or hate or am neutral towards. Whatever, I just rant a lot, so be prepared.
Okay, now I should tell you about myself, I guess. I don't know. I'm new to this whole blogging thing, so be patient with me. I'm a bisexual teenage girl from North Carolina who loves to bake, read, and has a great family and a freakin ton of pets, 'cause I love animals. All animals, not just cats and dogs and stuff. No, all animals, like the fishing cat of Indonesia and the kiwi bird of New Zealand and the caracal of Africa and the aye-aye of Madagascar and everything else, even flies and beetles and bugs and stuff.
I am also a freakin music nerd. I swear I'm addicted to music. But no, I don't listen to the Katy Perry and Justin Bieber and Ke$ha crap that's popular now, although I do love Lady Gaga and fun. and Of Monsters and Men. No, I listen to alternative rock and classic rock and punk rock and indie rock and folk rock and just rock. I really love Green Day, My Chemical Romance, Cage the Elephant, Led Zeppelin, Sublime, Arcade Fire, Sick Puppies, Sleeping with Sirens, The Wonder Years, Death Cab for Cutie, Passion Pit, Mumford & Sons, The Avett Brothers, Foo Fighters, Nirvana, Blink-182, Vampire Weekend, Queen, The Doors, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Amy Winehouse, Los Campesinos!, Hey Ocean!, and the list could go on for pages, but I don't want to be mean, so I'll leave it at that.
Another thing you all, my dearest readers, should know is that I freakin love "kid's" television. You read that right. I'm obsessed with Adventure Time, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, The Amazing World of Gumball, Teen Titans (the original), Wild Kratts, Ruby Gloom, Regular Show, and a ton of other crap. I'm a really crazy shipper, so I'll be posting about pairings I like (Bubbline, Appledash, Gumwin, Ravefire, Maviva, Skullby) a lot. I watch these types of shows 'cause I love how cartoons can be so light and funny and carefree and still, like, deep and emotional and have all those double-entendres. I love to over-analyze cartoons and stuff. I want to go into either acting or psychology when I'm older, so over-analysis of cartoon character behavior is fun for me.
As I said before, I want to either go into acting or psychology when I'm old enough to go out into the world and make a living. I also love to write and am working on two novels, but I like acting more. I do plays and theatre work with my local theatre company all the freakin time. It's why my blog is called "Musings of a Drama Queen", because I am very much a drama queen-or maybe just a drama nerd. I love to act and sing and stuff. I'm also really into behavioral psychology and personality disorders and mental disabilities and neuroscience and stuff. When I'm bored, I watch science documentaries. I'm also really into physics. It makes me happy when I watch The Big Bang Theory and I actually know what they're talking about. (Go string theory!)
So basically that's me. I'm sure I forgot some stuff, and I'll add that later, but I don't want to bore you with a huge wall of text. Ha-ha, too late. This is a pretty big wall of my life, and this isn't even the half of it. Hope you don't mind.
